racing….The STAR Late Model Series.

The STAR Late Model is a ¾
scale dirt late model that is raced on both dirt and asphalt. The
concept is simple, own 1 race car, race both dirt and asphalt, and
do so without many chassis changes or increased cost.
The STAR series is a spec chassis, each with its own serial
number. Rules are designed to let the racer be a racer, but still
keep cost low. Multiple chassis adjustments on the 4-link rear
suspension and independent front end allow you to tune your car
to any track condition. This 1100lb race car sits on a Hoosier
Racing Tire, 4 coil-over suspension, and powered by a 150
horsepower Yamaha XJR 1250. Engine rules are limited to very
few internal modifications, and must stay close within stock
configurations.
